Thursday, June 30th, 2011

In this novel by Alexandre Dumas packed the story very exciting. Revenge scenario that is run by Edmond Dantes or the Count of Monte Cristo is really neat. After escaping from prison and has an abundant treasure he did not immediately take action revenge against those who had ruined his life. He patiently assemble and implement various plans her revenge with a very neat and smart so it takes about 25 years since he was jailed until completely unrequited revenge

Like a chess grand master, all the measures drawn up by Monte Cristo is completely full calculation, all the action is done very fair so nobody suspected that this was an act of Monte Cristo before he revealed all the plans and the identity of his enemies who it was on the horns.

The main theme in this novel is revenge, justice, mercy, and forgiveness are spoken in the adventure story as represented by figures Edmond Dantes / Monte Cristo. Here Mote Cristo whose hearts are filled with characters other than revenge against his enemies, he also portrayed as a loving person. To those who’ve helped her Monte Cristo is very good even willing to sacrifice himself to help anyone who ever helped him.

Actually, when Monte Cristo perform intention revenge he still gives the opportunity for his enemies to repent, but unfortunately greed and cunning has blinded their eyes so they unwittingly into a trap revenge

In this novel there will be many characters and stories that at first seemed to have linkages with the core story, but eventually all the characters that will be interconnected either through a friendship or the scandals that occurred in this novel. While the stories in this novel actually save a number of instructions that will be the basis for the event or events in later chapters.

For some readers the many characters and stories that seemed to stand alone it would probably make the reader confused and somewhat difficult to enjoy this novel, but when it slowly began to unfold all the facts before we realize that all that there is relevance. And this is what I think is the genius of Alexandre Dumas in stringing this charming story. It was not enough to just read the novel once, as they may be when we read the instructions and we miss a detailed story about how Monte Cristo stringing revenge scenarios with very neat.
